This month, we're going to do a little something different: we're going to not make you write poems, but brush up on your interpretation skills!

For the Slam, you will perform songs...but no singing.  Take the lyrics from your favorite songs and practice them in your own style.  If you sing...you're out!  It would probably be safe to bring up to five sets of lyrics ready to go!

We'll kick off the night with the customary open mic, then the song lyric slam!  Everything starts at 7:00pm at Canal Public House with drink specials courtesy of the amazing Paige!
