On Friday and Saturday, the University of Dayton will salute the literary tradition with it’s 17th annual LitFest: “Words Renewed, World Reimagined”, a collection of events to highlight reading, writing, spoken word, and performance. It opens of Friday Evening, April 5th, with a celebration of local poetry icon: Herbert W. Martin!
The Friday night reading will be held in the Sears Recital Hall, free parking in lot C of UD, inside the Philips Humanities Center. This reading is FREE and open to the public.
And don’t forget the workshops on Saturday, the open mic reading, and the Slam!
