Well, it's the event that you've all been waiting for: The Sock Puppet Slam!

So, if you're a little unsure of what needs to happen for the slam, here it is: in order to read in the Slam (up to 3 rounds), you need to construct a sock puppet and your poem will be read through the puppet!  

The rules...umm...use a damn puppet and stay within 3:10!  That's about it!  We'll have a stage for you, as well!

And, if you're not sure about using a sock puppet, then we'll have our regular open mic, as well!

7:00pm the doors open at Yellow Cab Tavern and the poems start at 7:30 on the dot and all for a cost of $2!
