Holy crap, it's November...seriously?!  We've had a fantastic year and some really amazing features this year and we're finishing off the year right with the amazing Alexis-Rueal from Columbus!

We have our always stellar open mic and then our feature this Sunday, Oct. 6th!

Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 7:30 at Yellow Cab Tavern 700 E. 4th street in the Historic Oregon District!

And now, who is this mystery woman:

Alexis-Rueal has been poeting in Columbus since 2011. In that time, she has authored two chapbooks. been published in online and print journals, competed at the National Poetry Slam with Writers' Block Poetry Night, and published her first full collection, "I Speak Hick." When she's not writing or hosting the Second Friday Fete open mic. she studies ballroom dance and hangs out with her husband, three cats, and a goldendoodle.
